The Breville Oracle Touch Coffee Machine is the answer to the questions of what a smart coffee machine should be. This coffee machine has a screen that allows you to control it with just two buttons, one for brewing and the other for adjusting settings. It has three different brew sizes: small (32 oz), medium (64 oz), or large (96 oz). You can also set your preferences according to how strong you want your coffee by choosing from five levels between mild and extra-strong. Every aspect of this coffee maker is controlled through the software on its touchscreen display, including temperature as well as grind size – but there are physical controls too if you prefer not to use the interface at all.

This is an automatic espresso machine with the perfect amount of control for the home barista. Simpy dial in your shot by easily altering the grind size with the small dial on the side of the machine. If you are dosing too much then change the grind time by increments of 0.5 seconds easily using the dial on the front of the machine. There are a few great functions to this machine including a pre-infuse, this is all followed by a consistent 9 bars of pressure resulting in the perfect home espresso. The milk steamer will then create deliciously textured milk for lattes or cappuccinos. The Breville Barista Pro is perfect for those that like to tinker with each shot through to the early morning risers that want a quick no-fuss espresso.

The internal water tanks make it easy to make at least 10 cups of coffee without refilling.
