Bedgear Dri-tec Sheets

This product was recommended by Derek Hales from NapLab

The coolest luxury sheets that I’ve tested, and the primary sheet set that my wife and I sleep on, are the Dri-tec sheets from Bedgear. These sheets are a 100% performance polyester. They are designed to wick moisture and breathe incredibly well for increased airflow. When it comes to sheet set cooling performance, moisture wicking and breathability are the two critical factors. The material is also incredibly stretchy and taut, giving the sheets a sleek and modern aesthetic on your bed. The material is similar to that of Nike’s Dri Fit material. In the same way that performance polyester fabrics for athletes wick moisture and breathe, the Bedgear Dri-tec sheets also get rid of moisture and improve air flow.

Sheex Original Sheet Set

This product was recommended by Derek Hales from NapLab

The Sheex Original Performance sheet set is another similar performance polyester set. Like Bedgear’s set, they breathe well and wick moisture, keeping sleepers cool. In my view, there is no question that 100% performance polyester sheets are the best cooling sheets on the market. However, some sleepers just don’t like the feel (which can be a little slippery and too smooth for some).

Brooklinen’s Classic Core set

This product was recommended by Derek Hales from NapLab

Cotton sheet sets have moisture wicking properties and can breathe well, provided the thread count isn’t too thick. Brooklinen’s Classic Core strikes a nice balance at a 270 thread count. At that thread count, the set isn’t so thick as to create a heat sink (absorbing moisture and heat), but it’s thick enough to still offer a luxurious and smooth finish. Whether you opt for Brooklinen or a different set of 100% cotton sheets I strongly suggest not going over a thread count of 300. While you may get a smoother and more durable finish with a higher thread count, you absolutely will end up with a set of sheets that sleeps warmer. With more threads you have more physical material inhibiting breathability and absorbing moisture, both of which will be detrimental for cooling.

Cooling Bamboo Sheet Set

This product was recommended by Ryan Fiorenzi from Start Sleeping

I like to recommend the Cooling bamboo Sheet Set available on Cool-Jams.com. These sheets are amazing for a number of reasons. First, they are temperature regulating, which means you won’t feel too cold or too hot. They are also moisture wicking which is a great feature if you sweat at night. The sheets are very soft and cool to the touch. They are also odor and bacteria-resistant. Lastly, they even eco-friendly. The cooling bamboo sheet set is also a great value for about $150.

BAMPURE 100% Organic Bamboo Sheets

This product was recommended by Stephen Curry from CocoSign

The luxurious Bampure sheets are my best suggestion for hot sleepers as they are breathable to keep you cool and get rid of odors. The sheets are crafted from 100% pure organic bamboo viscose, making them the softest. The sheets are woven luxuriously in soft and silk sateen weave to give you long-lasting comfort. The design softens with each wash to provide you with cozy nights over time. They are fully elasticized to ensure no rips and snugs fit on mattresses up to 16 inches thick.

Parachute Percale Sheet Set

This product was recommended by Jonathan Tian from Mobitrix

Parachute took over the bedding world after its establishment in 2014. These elegant and luxury sheets are made in Portugal of 100% Egyptian cotton. These are percale as this is a type of weaving fabric closely together, and that’s what made them durable, crisp, and remarkably breathable to keep you cozy at 7-8 hours of the night. Additionally, these luxury sheets are washable and give you an airy and plush feeling. The sheets come in various posh colors options too.

Buffy Eucalyptus Sheets

This product was recommended by Jonathan Tian from Mobitrix

What sets these luxury sheets apart from others is that it’s made of temperature, regulating 100% eucalyptus fiber. That’s why it is naturally cool to the touch and breathable. Love these sooooo much! The flowers are darling and remind me of my childhood sheets. They are very soft and very well made. They aren’t those sheets that are super thin and feel like will rip easily. The fitted sheet fits tightly on the mattress, which was very important to me. The sheets just feel wonderful on my skin, especially as the weather gets warmer and my window is open with a cool breeze at night.

Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheets

This product was recommended by Tony Klespis from Mattress Clarity

When I think of luxury, I always go to celebrities first. Oprah named the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets as some of the softest sheets she’s used. With that endorsement, how can they not be considered a luxury pick? Hot sleepers will enjoy these bamboo sheets because bamboo sheets tend to be naturally cooling, and even have some moisture wicking properties to them. This just means you won’t feel hot and sweaty. Thread count is also a big indicator of how hot or cold you’re going to sleep. The Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets have a thread count of 300, which is on the lower end. Marketing will make you think a low thread count means low quality sheets, but that’s not the case. Thread count is just one factor to consider when looking at sheets, and often the lower the thread count, the more room there is for air to flow through your sheets. Hot sleepers looking for a luxury set of sheets should definitely look into the Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets.

Linen Core Sheet Set

This product was recommended by Shiv Gupta from Incrementors

The popular sheet set is recognized for a cause. They are made of 100% linen, which is excellent for hot sleepers as it inherently allows for better airflow compared to cotton sheets with an increased thread count, which traps heat. The color of sheets can also be a factor in staying cool while sleeping: Lighter colors reflect light, while dark shades absorb it. These sheets keep you cool during sizzling temperatures but cozy in colder months, and are irresistibly soft and pleasing to touch.

SLEEP ZONE King Size Cooling

This product was recommended by Shiv Gupta from Incrementors

Purchasing cooling sheets is a terrific investment for obtaining a better night’s sleep, but it doesn’t have to break the budget. Sleep Zone’s Microfiber Moisture-Wicking Bed Sheet Set is cooler than traditional sheets while maintaining softness and durability. It’s created with microfiber yarns and Nanotex Coolest Comfort Technology, which helps it to dry quicker than cotton. This fabric is also moisture-wicking, which means it draws moisture from your skin onto the fabric’s surface and dries rapidly, assisting in the regulation of your body temperature. Hot sleepers can feel drier, less overheated, and cosier in bed with these sheets.

Cosy House Luxury Bamboo Sheets

This product was recommended by Sarah Riccio from Sleepopolis

Made from both bamboo and microfiber, these sheets are breathable, making them perfect for hot sleepers. Their moisture-wicking properties also take care of those that find themselves waking up in a pool of sweat. The moisture-wicking fabric moves moisture away from the skin to the top layer of the fabric to quickly dry, keeping you more dry during the night. As if there are not already enough good things to say, these soft, durable sheets are also resistant to stains, wrinkling, and odor. I don’t know about you, but with all the other laundry to take care of, it’s so hard to get around to washing my sheets as often as I should. With bamboo sheets, you don’t need to worry. Bamboo is hypoallergenic, keeping the sheets fresh, clean, and odor free for longer. If it involves less laundry, which sounds like a luxury, it’s a “yes” for me! While these sheets do come at a higher price of $59.95 for a flat and fitted sheet and two pillow cases, they are worth every penny. You can’t put a price on better sleep. And better sleep starts with something as simple as staying cool in bamboo sheets!
